If I can figure out this picture posting stuff, and that is a major IF as I have not posted a picture in the over five years I've been a HAMBster, I'll include a picture of my '40. I haven't moved it one inch in over 30 years, but it is mine and has been since 1962! Hopefully, photos to follow.

I'm collecting parts for another truck need a cab and bed have everything else. It's gonna be an 8ba with fenton heads and intake 97's x 2 , merc crank. I'll start it when the coupe is done.

hey 40vert i'll trade you my truck and coupe for yours. I understand if you don't want to it would mean a name change.

  16. Hi kool '40. Do those door hinge mirrors work out OK? Can you see what you need to see in the passenger side mirror? Thanks, Topless.

Here is my pair: one in barn storage, the other (purchased from NHRA funny car driver Jeff Diehl - 'The Surfer') waiting for more tender care.

I'm not going to say it's an easy car to see out of, but those mirrors are much better than the peeps that I had before.
