  6. 20181217_160150.jpg When I was in high school I rotated driving between my dads 58 Ford custom and my mothers white Cadillac that's parked on the other side of the blue pickup.
20181217_160224.jpg This is the same 58 custom from the first pic several years later. Daily driver. 390/4spd.
20181217_160240.jpg Same car several years later and after being sold twice. This was taken in Salina, Ks. during the KKOA Spectacular in 05. Clogged fuel filter. After suffering a minor engine fire. not long after returning from this trip, the car now resides under a large magnolia tree with the hood half open. I've talked with the current owner and I'm planning a rescue for it.

  7. 20181217_160302.jpg Right out of high school I built this Fairlane. It was actually purchased as a parts car for the red and black Custom 300 but turned out to be a pretty decent car so I put a 390/c4 in it and drove the hell out of it. I eventually stripped it to build a 57 2dr Fairlane that never got finished. I sold this car, bought it back, and a few months ago I sold it back to the guy that bought it and sold it back to me lol.

  12. I stand corrected, similar colors......probably the only similarity, lol. Thanks Sancho. That's a beautiful car at a very reasonable price.

Here's one from the Vintage Photo page. Since it says 245 HP on the hood the dual quads and superchargers had already been banned. Happened in early 1957. 1 darlington.jpg

Delicious looking. If this thing was frozen and had a stick coming out I'd probably lick it.

I believe this photo is from Dawsonville. This bodystyle is my all-time favorite '57-'58, the Custom Tudor. I would love to find one as solid as this one appears to be.

Fairly sure I saw this Ford there several years ago. Seems like it was owned by an older gentleman. I believe it had the big Interceptor V8. Sure looked the sleeper.
