Well hell Danny I thought I was the only one who did crap like that. Take care and get healed up.
I did the trip and fall and dislocate my shoulder thing about 4 years ago and that wasn't any fun.
I'll be thinking of ya when I pickup the stuff on the ground and garage floor in the morning that I have or could have tripped over in the past few weeks when I used the weather as an excuse not to get it done.

Danny, Very sorry to hear about your accident, unfortunately, us old guys don't move the same as we used to, two years ago I managed to trip over a slightly looped air hose in the shop and managed to break a couple of ribs. The recovery went well enough, except my dumb ass Hot Rod buddies kept trying to make me laugh, or worse yet cough. Take care of your self Buddy and follow up on your therapy!! Bill Rinaldi
