Looks like a cracking day out. Shame about the Hill Climb, did you manage to get a look at the mud slide? Any info on the 55 Chevy? That is right up my Street. P.
paul the dirt track racin was brilliant but i took my vid cam so no pics. the 55 is a new acme car, just imported
Lots of nice cars! Do you know the story behind the severly channeled A sedan with the fenders. I remember one over here in the early 80's that looked very similar. Clark
Awesome! Wish I could've been there - of course, it's still going strong I imagine - won't be done 'til the hangovers tomorrow, eh?
Very good. I'm not very knowledgeable about the difficulties you must endure to build hot rods out of the US but I'm sure it isn't easy. Congrats to everyone involved.
Thanks for sharing. Those are some great pics of really nice cars! Really dig that '39 Ford Coupe. -Troy
Clark it belongs to Paul Barrows, Its new out this year and is very nice, He's a good designer and bodywork guy.
Hey Mart, you sure that hasn't been channelled just a teensy-weensy bit? Shouldn't you be able to see a couple of inches of chassis rail below the door? Anyway, have a good holiday.
Here's a few from me... And Dave, no rain mate, remarkably clear blue skies and chuffin hot all day Friday and Saturday...... And finally Frosty's Caddy, now fitted with Jaguar front clip and a Chevy 454 BB with TH400
Langy...thanks...it sure looks like the car I remember from the 80's. Any pics of the black 34 roadster behind the red 32 roadster? The 554 car does look like it has a 2 inch channel. Clark
Looks like plenty of new cars out this season... ...expecting more pics this afternoon as folks make their way home & promptly nurse their hangovers in front of the computer resizing & uploading their pics!!
