  4. Damn, I never realized the Hugh Tucker roadster was a glass body. It must have been a one off, cuz I've never seen any company offer it in the last 45 years.
    I learn something new everyday on the HAMB.

    Jee Wiz look at those prices.
    They think 32 Fords are made of gold or somethin.

  9. Cool but a little depressing at the same time. Notice how a lot of the ads show an address! It was a different world back then, nobody would do that now.

    Curt Hamilton from Cal Custom did a one-off of the steel body. He made panels from each and sent the steel body into the dumpster. Saved about 400 lbs and removed about 5 inches from the panel to the rear of the doors.
    I made sure to preserve the logo's when we restored the body.

    I have some of those too. Its a hoot. 23 T with new interior and new tires,$850.00. No trades. HEHAAA!! I'd be happy to buy wheels for some of what the cars go for.

    It is pretty crazy to see those prices. But...of course guys were only making what...maybe a hundred a week, if that.
