Agree with your def's from what I learned as a kid in So Cal, except the old guys around called it "Shaved" not De Chromed And I got 10 for 10 cuz I tried to think like the idiots that wrote it
'Decked' means, stop, drive, piss, smooth, jump, pop, access, get, jack, even, .. .. .. In traffic the other day stopped at a light, another driver pissed me off so bad that I smoothed my hair back, jumped out of the car, opened up the trunk, accessed the spare tire well to get the jack handle, Then I decked that smarat ass even though there was a cop right beside me.
