I'm not a big fan of the canopies on the nostalgia or modern dragsters

 

if you were strapped in that car when it throws a rod covering you in flaming oil i bet you would be a quick convert to canopies. too many drivers have been lost due to burning to death. i don't like the look either but i get why its there. i saw adam have four fires in one weekends march meet.

 

Good point. I guess safety trumps style on this one
