You will be the first Orthodontic Office to be broken into by car thieves!
I love, what a great job!
Shirley,all tours will start @ 2:30 !!
can I get my teeth pinstriped and chrome plated?
I give tours of the clinic, too. Just sayin'
That is too cool, you are very blessed. Awesome job.
The best part is that some kids have never seen things like this: the architecture, cool cars and the whole nostalgia thing. You may just influence some future hot rodders.
Absolutely beautiful. Not only the ideas, but the execution and attention to detail. WONDERFUL. LOVED seeing these photos!
Anything going on at your place April 30th?
Absolutely awesome! I showed my son Cal who has braces, and he said "I wish I went there!"
That is too cool!! I LOVE it!!
Mighty cool. But will the kids really "get it?" Gary
What a place!Almost makes me want to come in and have some work done on the teeth! (Not) Doc this is short of a Miracle and should put the little ones at rest with the fears most of us had back when. Great Job.
Unbelievable! That is the best office I have ever seen. I hope some of that car stuff rubs off on the kids.
So are you going to make braces that look like '54 Chevy grill teeth? That might be cool. The kid wearing that would have to be pretty serious about cars, huh?
Nice work Doc. I am extremely impressed.
This is unreal, I love it
This is the most smokin set up ever. Thanx for sharing. ~sololobo~
Hahaha, it's totally cool for sure.... But now you've provided proof to your clients that orthodontists make WAYYY too much money!
Nice job, you nailed it without looking cheesy, well done!
Wow, what a set-up - almost makes me want to be a patient.
Thanks for sharing.
A MAZE ING! I have fond memories of Conway from when I worked for FMC Automotive
HA! I just re-read the thread and was AMAZED at how much work you did yourself on this project. Obviously anyone with a load of cash could make this happen, but you took your dream and MADE it happen with a combination of money, sweat and creativity. NICE!
Also, I noticed your comment about the 1978 copy of Grease Machines turning you onto all of this. I immediately jumped on the unmentionable auction site and bought a nice copy for all of $10. Can't wait to check it out.
wish i was closer, id love to see your office in person! thats just great!!
hmmm....I will be heading to Poplar Bluff on Friday before Mother's day...I may need my teeth looked at. As a matter of fact my buddy that I stop and see lives around Conway..small world.
Do you do any REAL work or just admire and do tours!
I'm not a member of the club, but should be down at the show at some point. Nothing planned at the office, but I will be in town if you are coming in. Be happy to give you the nickel tour. LOL
Naturally, to most folks, the place is just "cool." Very few people get the Larry Watson stuff, etc. But that's ok, I get it.
One of the problems early on in the construction was the builders really thinking I knew what I was doing. Many of the guys on site just thought I was a guy with a good designer, but when I started showing up with a welder or talked to the electrician about this or that light fixture that we needed to custom build, they started to see maybe I had a few "skilz." LOL I have to be careful showing up to work after a weekend in the shop.....most folks don't appreciate an orthodontist with torn up hands and greasy fingernails. LOL
Well, ive got two kids and im told both will need braces.
I was shocked when I found out what it was going to cost.
Now I understand why !
I will admit that being able to hang out at your office might make the experience a bit less painful, for me anyway.
that is the koolist shit ive evr seen!
I want your autograph!
