Hot rod magazine's 55'

I dont really care for how their 55' ultimately came out (nice parts and everything but it's not how i wouldve put them together) but its pretty cool seeing it race the 700hp challenger.

WOW ! Spoiler alert '55 is bad !

 

Pretty neat car but yeah, it's kind of a bummer to get that close and not complete the car with more traditional stuff.

 

I like it, but not fussed on the vinyl wrap paint job cool car.

 

I didnt even realize it had one of those...it just seems slapped together...with really awesome parts!
And that plexiglass thing around the injector stacks?! I dont get it.

If you look up Roadkill on You Tube, you can watch the build over three or four episodes. I enjoyed it.

 

Four lane blacktop!!!! I liked it.

 

notice at the 50 second mark, the clear plastic thing doesnt seen to be bolted down properly

 

I kinda like the plexi glass idea on the 55 hood although I may have wanted to tweak it a little.
The jeep truck would have still been awesome with big wheels and tires but may have been too practical to have gotten noticed I guess.

 

Finn's 55 is a "modern gasser"...not a traditional car.

he's having a blast with it! when i saw him on Drag Week, he said he's been driving it to work, etc.

 

Yeah the 1st and last cars in the race were the only ones I cared about. That truck is a hoot!

 

I kinda like the chick... she's hot!

 

wish i had that hemi in my j ,one of those jeep trucks on nashville cl for sale i have looked at it a bunch would be cool with big wheels to
