Can you tell us more about this pick up? It looks factory made.
This is a 1938 Chevrolet Master Pick Up...It was sold right after this event!
Someone is selling one in these conditions right now, around here...
Some very impressive rides, thanks for sharing.
I had no idea the rod/custom scene was so active and advanced in Brazil, here in Portugal it's pretty much non-existant.
Are those mostly built out of original cars or modern repros?
Cheers, Eddie (Eduardo)
This is a gorgeous colour scheme, I love the effect of the pearl white with the black fenders. I hate the modern mirrors, though. And not sure about the flames. But the colour pick is spot-on!
Thanx man, very cool coverage of a event far from the U.S. ~sololobo~
Really nice pictures, thanks.
Those are original cars...We had Ford around here since 1919 and Chevy since 1925...A lot of american thin available down here!
Ricardo, great cars....my wife is from Ecuador, South America and I have been there 2 times....only old car I saw was a 55 4-door!
You are very wellcome, guys...In november I will post pictures of the 2011 show!
is this year's event cancelled or what?
No! The event this year will be held on November 12/13/14th
Monte bon caros Ricardo! Obrigada
...please excuse my poor attempt at Portuguese.
because I read in some brazilian forum that its cancelled ?
those wheels are from a german company but they have them manufactured in brasil. We call them 'boyds on the cheap'....
can you find out what happened?
Hmmmmm I didn't know...I will look for more info on that!
Nice cars and trucks Ricardo! I just have a question, do you know if the North American (U.S. & Canadian) 1956 Ford F-100 trucks were the exact same as the 1960 Ford F-100s in Brazil? I did some research and from what I found out was the 1960 truck in Brazil was actually the 1956 in North America and that Brazil always got the older body style when ours changed over to new designs. And can you still find any of these trucks around there anymore or are they mostly all gone? Thanks, Rob from Canada
Streets of Southern Brazil...This week...
Yes...You are right...It is exactly what happened...And also you still can find those trucks around here...I've seen some around very often...I will post some pics for you later...
Brazilian Ford Branch and their Made in BRazil Trucks
