All these photos show me that a clean simple design is best. If you get too much going on, it looks really bad.

  5. That green 3 window interior is very cool. Anybody know what the material is? I am assuming it is NOS ford something? I looked at that car all weekend at the LARS

This is a 26 coupe, I don't know if I should post with all these beautiful cars, but here it is.

Here is a shot of my old coupes interior. Very simple and inexpensive. I ordered the 65 mustang seat covers (I should have put new foam on under them) for about $100 and the rest is pre-made roll and pleat that I bought in a roll. It looked pretty good and was period correct for my car at about $300 including carpet.

    Great thread chris!
I'm planning on doing some work on the interior myself on the '34, and would really like to see more detailed inside shots, especially pictures showing what people have done around the door opening and around the windshield!

Keep them pictures coming guys :)

well if you want 50's style in a coupe and all black leather...here's the one in Jim Busby's old coupe (his was black naugahyde).

+ simple 50's dash with nice engine turned panel...you could do a variation on the insert...outside paint color, contrast metal flake..whatever suits the style of your car...
