No...I just ordered my subscription 15 minutes ago...TRY it and see.
Magazines are in trouble, they're giving them away but you usually don't see deals on HRD, hence my post.

Thanks for link - worked. was supposed to get HRD as option when Rod & Custom went away. but, got Motor Trend instead, canceled that and by then guess my subscription ran out.

 

May have worked for me, also. Thanks for tip.

 

I've been using this method of buying subscriptions for the past few years and have not been disatisfied yet. It is a definite money saver. Thanks to BFC for posting this.

 

I just bought the new issue of HRD on the newstand for eight bucks...but I had to, my car is in it!

 

squirrel - do you have a sneak pic of your car from article for those of us that do not have the latest copy - may give me the incentive to buy a issue before my subscription issue shows up? Congrats on coverage

I think I have an order in..I like the HRD but at 39.95 subscription renewal they lost me [but I could get one for a friend at $20. WTF!] but at $20 they got me back..Thanks BFC.

pretty sure it's bi monthly, so 6 issues is a year.

Rarely ever bought it at the newsstand 'cause $8 is just ridiculous for a mag, even though it's a good one. But, at a tick over $3 for a mag of that quality......oh yeah! Just submitted my order! Thanks Buickfunnycar for the heads up!!

 

I'm with you...$3.33/issue versus $8 or $20 vs $48...no brainer!
