Hood question ..... what is it?

2 of these came with a load of early V8 ford parts I bought that I needed.

can anyone identify what they are?

bottom and top length on sides are 35"
25 louvers.
center length on tops to back of rad cap cut out are 32.5"
front of sides are 18 7/8 high rear 21 7/8 high

 

Looks like a Chrysler product hood from about 1931 except for the rear louvered corner with the corner flattened around the latch. It also looks like the louvers get longer as the hood goes toward the rear. I don't think any Chrysler products have that detail.
