Homemade Sheet Metal Brake

Has anyone every made there own sheet metal brake? I have seen lots of people do it before and I am thinking about building one for myself. If you have build one lets see some pics. Also if you have any advice on how you built yours it would be greatly appriciated.

 

I don't rember the title, but if you search the tech archives, I think someone covered how too real good... I found one on craigslist that has served me well...

I was thinking of building it somthing like this (http://www.ch601.org/tools/bendbrake/brakeplans.pdf) but beefing it up and build a truss across the top half. I am looking to make it around 5ft long and be able to bend 16 ga. What do you guys think?
