I would worry more about Isooctane poisoning that stuff is cumulative in your body and can travel to your house and affect everyone. your airways collapse and you can't breathe once your sensitized to it all it takes is a whiff to set you off. Be very careful.

I'd probably divide the shop into two sections. one side heated, one side paint booth, with a walk through door between the two. The heated side needs to have a slow fan pulling in fresh air into the heated room, then a duct into the paint booth incoming air opening with a filtered exhaust to expel the paint and fumes out of the building.

You can turn up the heat, mix your primer, turn on the exhaust fan and prime. As soon as the paint booth clears, turn off the exhaust, mix the next round, turn on the exhaust fan and prime more. The forced air income should be enough to keep the fumes in the paint booth from backtracking into the heated room. Repeat the process as much as you need. The break between with the exhaust fan shut off and turn on will bring the heat back up enough to not cause an issue with the prime process. The heat source is separated from the paint process, and your pulling heated air into the paint booth.

Might want to do the priming on a day when the temp is above 10 degrees though. If it works for priming, it should work for the paint as well., but you will have time to modify it between times.
