Alternator is a small Denso unit off of a Geo Metro converted to V-belt.

finished the bracket today .spaced the bkt from the head to help cooling

welded a spacer and outside plate together

tapped the inside spacer to m10 used high tensile bolt but will
eventually get a ARP stainless one

custom air filter cover with inset hubcap waiting for
powder coat and hand painted pinstriping

looks like a neat set up,i prefer to keep the alternator up high out of the dirt.got my pulleys powder coated along with some bolts.i want to shorten the adjuster by 3/4 inch to shorten the belt and reduce the leverage on the alternator.hope to post some pics tomorrow, its after midnight here im off to bed.
