id like to visit you guys in the camp ground, ive rode up to the gate a couple times and it was closed, and once there was a guard, do you have to have a campground pass ??

The past couple of years they have been pretty strict about letting people "cruise" the campground. I am pretty sure you won't get in without a camping pass.

Let me put it this way...it's like comparing a night with your high school sweetheart vs a night with a $1000 hooker. Both great....but one would be a bit more memorable

Nothing, I repeat nothing hot rod related beats Speed Week at the B'ville Salt Flats. The Hot Rod Reunion in Bowling Green is a GREAT event and certainly worth the trip from SoCal BUT not before you spend time at the Salt.

 

I have speed weeks on my list for 2015. I heard it is awesome!

The Spillway has the best wings in BG and relatively close to the track. The Lunch Box or Motor City Bar and Grill both serve a good breakfast.

I'm not sure. I love taking the wagon and pushing off the Scorpion team, etc BUT Big Olds is longing for a road trip and I'm longing to ride topless. I guess alot will depend on the weather for Jalopy Showdown in May and whether I take my wagon or Big Olds to that. If I take my wagon to JS than I'm for sure taking BO to HRR and viceversa, if I take BO to JS than I think I can handle not driving topless to HRR. Sucks to have decisions like this to make.

I was signed up for being a push vehicle last year with my old wagon but they already had enough vehicles. Thinking about taking the cadillac this year.
