Sounds bad and best of luck healing up. But, have to say, it you are already working up some legal action, I'd probably cut the internet stuff off right now and let your lawyer handle it. No matter right or wrong, putting out info. across the internet is very unlikely help your cause in any way and usually just the opposite. There is a good reason why they warn you that "your words can be used against you in a court of law". Don't make it easy on them.

Hope you recover fully- lawsuit or not there is usually not enough to make up for all the
things that you have to go thru. Hope you are the exception that proves the rule. Jim

Hope you heal fast. I once saw a cyclist
bee hit by a BMW that passed me
I was doing about 65 mph he passed me
like a jetfighter must have been doing
double my speed over the crest of a
bridge. Next i see is a man atleast 15 feet
up in the air When i arrived at the man
he was laying in a big pudle of blood
i was sure he was dead.
but he had pulse and i stoped the bleading
the best i could and drove to the nearest house
    and called the ambulance
And he recovered in a couple of mont

  26. I'm a bicyclist also and know it's a jungle out there. I'm hoping you recover well. Last summer I mounted a compressed air horn on the bars of my bike.

You must be tougher than woodpecker lips! Hit by a car? Wow! Do as the docs say. As hard as it may be, you need to.

  28. My mom was hit by a car while riding a bike 18 years ago. Bad, very very bad. I don't ride bikes much since that happened. Good luck......
