    Does anyone know the history of this car? Was for sale at a dealers auction, looks to have some traditional parts. 27.jpg 27 1.jpg 27 2.jpg

    Good looking T. Did you buy it? Was it a flood car?

    Could be cool. Appears to have a history of the radiator sitting too high. Whats the engine? A six? Right hand starter is a mystery to me.

    Would look a hell of a lot better with a T shell. Just my two cents. This is mine, I might be bias on the T shell. 6FAF05CF-D22D-4776-8343-FF1831A128C4.jpeg

    That's a '31 A shell. Just my opinion, but I'd like to see a shorter shell (I like chopped '32's) level with the cowl and pushed as far back as possible. Otherwise the car has nice proportions.

  9. The Shell is a 30 item, 28-9 Shells also look good (JMO) and the Engine could be 1st gen. Mustang, its the same as mine. Cool car but i really like T,s. It reminds me of this one i saw in LA in 2019. JW

    Yes, I think I bought it around 2005 when Walker was still around. I’m building a 26 roadster as we speak, this time I’m having a custom unit made from brassworks. I’m building a wooden model and sending it to them so they can pull measurements off it. 79F2CF8D-96FE-4C49-B4D5-5B9076A08D6C.jpeg 855CD7D2-7C90-4312-AB8C-1D3E38BF9CE5.jpeg

    Gotta have a deuce shell -- even if it doesn't fit. The real hot rods all have one, even if the hood goes up in the front. Then paint the firewall white so whoever sees your car first zeroes in on the firewall and its bulges and doesn't go with anything else on your car. Now, that a real hot rod!

    I have 'T' shells on both my '27s. The hiboy roadster and the tub.

    They just...belong there.
    @rusty rocket, there's a beautiful '27 roadster.
