Gil customized essentially every panel on the car including '55 Pontiac front bumpers, '54 Cadillac rear bumper guards and '56 Lincoln tail lights. The car was featured in many magazines in the '50s, including the cover and feature in May, 1957 Motor Life, a feature in Rod & Custom in 1958 and the Trend books 1958 Custom Cars annual.
