I am finally ready to start on my 5 window. I have pieces from 8 different 32 Fords. Here is my attempt to put it together. Hey I always liked doing puzzles and playing with legos. How hard can this be............

    Car #1 - Cowl
    #2 - Firewall
    #3 - both doors
#4 - both quarters and panel above decklid
    #5 - Roof
    #6 - A Pillars
    #7 - B Pillars from a 2 dr Sedan
    #8 - rear window section from a 32 sedan
#9 - Brookville - roadster sub-rails, back panel and deck lid.

Just think of it as building three big door frames. If the doors and decklid fit it's right. You'll have to modify the Brookville subrails at the door bottoms. Mine was very similar.

I'm always up another 32-5w build, subscribed. Kinda nice to see the bobbed front frame rails, something a little different from the norm. Good luck:)

Wow, great start, the gap between the door and cowl looks perfect. That door seems a little too short though for that cowl? I'm just being a smart ass! This will be a cool project, will be following along!

Good luck, I'm beginning to think 60% of the build is the hunt and the other 40% makes you wonder why you did it. But that's building a hot rod!

Took a few measurements from a friends 5W and somewhat built the back half on the floor.

Starting to look like something. A pillars trimmed and on. Doors are all tacked in place. B pillars are in place and quarters are hung. Really not too bad to line everything up. I started at the firewall and worked my way back. Used several pieces of 1/8" plate to set the door gaps and started tacking everything in. Now to make sure everything is in its right place and square. Then on to the top.
