Hi new to the Hamb need help

So i picked up a 1956 buick special 40 series it has the 322. I am looking to see what will be a direct fit to upgrade to disc brakes on front an what rear will fit as in possibly a G body rear looking to see about gm parts for bolt pattern an will take increased horsepower any help will be great thanks i am 29 an its my first build
