Projects Hexagon

Guys I am looking for a supplyer that I could buy some 2" HEXAGON tubing. Can't seem to find a supplyer that will sell small a amount. like 6 pc. 8'. I can get solid bar stock . But would like tube. Any ideas ?

are you talking 2 inch ID? with the hex on the inside?

 

Yes, but the size is flexible. 2" ID or OD . Hex outside

Ask the supplier for a list of retailers in your area.

 

that's going to be hard to find in small quantities without big $$$$

stuff like that is used a lot on boring equipment. in a past life i was involved with that industry and would pool orders from various manufacturers to get the quantity up and price down. some sizes were only run at the mill once a year and you had to get your order in 6-8 months in advanced

your best bet is to find a big user of it and see if they would sell you some small pieces ...every manufacturer has drop offs
