Wow. I went this morning and it was nothing like this. I wish I could have gotten a weekday off from work. It was just cold and raining and I had to walk through large expanses of emptiness to get from vendor to vendor. What day would you say is best to go?

Thursday or Friday, if you wait until Saturday for the flea market you missed it. The car show is Sat. so most everyone is packed up and looking at cars.

My setup didnt look like that Thursday. The wind Thursday night was enough for me. My tents didnt do well and all the clanking and guys parts rolling around made for about 45 minutes of sleep.I started to pack up around 5:30 am and was home by 4:30pm. Still did very good selling and found some boat stuff near by.

We woke up around 1:00am to the sound of stuff being blown over and our trailer being buffeted by the wind. We got up and frantically worked to secure our tents so they wouldn't blow away and thankfully they held up. We didn't get much sleep either but I'm glad we stuck it out. Friday turned out to be a huge crowd and one of the best days of the week. I hope nobody suffered too much damage. We weren't expecting that wind.
