I think they look good channeld. I dont know whos this it but I like it. It was at Mocan. Makes me wont to channel mine.
I wouldn't channel it either. I am sure there are a few guys out there with nice channeled bodies that would trade you.
You can be cool, or you can be practical. If you channel, leave the subrails in place. You can go home again later if you want. Enjoy the sport.
Im thinking something like this I like the photo and this car alot maybe some more springs in the rear to give a little more rake
here is what comes to my mind when I here Hemi 32 ! a chopped and channeled coupe that all you fucker`s would die for ! if you only had the ball`s . to cut one up and make a fucking hot rod out of a 32 ! this is one of my favorites ! you unchanneling and non chopping people should go restore Volkswagens!
I like the flat head`s !...but mine is channeled 6" and chopped 3 1/2" and I'm 5`11 and it`s got plenty of room if ya lean back and don`t kill floor space . pm me if I can ever help you work any thing out. Casey
I would channel it but not the freakin ten inches like most dumbasses. If it were mine a mild three or four depending on frame height.
This is my channeled coupe and it's down to the bottom of the rails. It's a old hotrod or drag car. The sheetmetal is VERY nice and someone put a metal floor out of a 35-37 ford into it and channeled it around the rails too! I dig the car but it is a bit small for me (6'3 260lb ) I feel with less channel it would be perfect but a chop too, wow even tighter.. but cool . I would like to trade her for a open car or a ????? model a??
Wonder if that chop and channel has anything to do with the Casey's back problems ?????????????????????????
