can rear backing plates still be bought for ford 8 and 9 inch rearends with drum brakes.
parking brake hardware and t bolts and who has the best prices thanks.

 

Summit racing has a bunch of stuff for 9in.

I would try Rock Auto on line. Needed a bell housing clutch fork boot for a Chev bell the other day and the local parts store wanted 23 bucks on a special order, NAPA could not get one so RA had them is stock and shipped to my house for $9 and it arrived in two days.

Looks like Rock Auto has the small parts for the rear brakes but no backing plates. Motormite used to have backing plates but that was several years ago......maybe now in the Dorman catalog. You could also call Currie and see if they could tell you where they get there backing plates for the rears they sell.
