Technical Help with lost title company credibility!!!

Pennsylvania acts like everything is stolen if there is no title. If you keep all of your receipts from a build you can get a special inspection and you will receive what they call a Street Rod title. I have bought things with no titles and have ended up selling them as parts. No more buying anything without the title lady looking at it first.
