I cant seem to find anyone who has the wire clips that hold on the outside body trim for my shoebox. Does anyone know were I can get a bunch of them. Here is a pic of one that I have.

Did you check with the 50 Ford club in midwest city?
I make mine out of sheetmetal with a small bolt welded in the middle.
Mine are a heck of a lot more durable than wire and I can make a batch and install them long before your 1-800 credit card parts arrive and mine are FREE.
Go first class, make'em out of stainless

  3. i usually use a universal clip for that. most part stores have them. it's a flat 1/2" x 2" plate with a stud in the middle the plate is scored to cut to size. ask for the body hardware book it will be in it or something that will work!

C&G ford parts has lots of stuff you might never know even existed, try them. They are located in Escondido, Ca.

Au-Ve-Co usually has "clips" in their catalogs...most upsholstery supply places carry that line.

Restoration Specialties. Do a search. They have an online catalog with a whole bunch of clips, fasteners and other items. I just purchased some molding clips for my Dodge Coe.
