I am attempting to use an old Autometer Sport Comp 3700 from my old racecar in a streetrod I'm building and since removing it from the racecar several years ago I have forgotten the proper wiring for it. There are what appear to be some 16g wires colored Red, Black and Green as well as a White 18 or 20g wire. Can you give me some guidance? Thanks.

  3. Red is battery positive (fused).

    Black is ground.

    Green is coil - negative.

    White is dash lights.

Not sure, but fairly confident in this.

@427 sleeper beat me ! At least I was right !
