Help Model a wood?

I know it has been talked about a lot but I evidently am not smart enough to find it by searching. I am ready to start stiffening my 28 tudor sedan but I dont know any thing about it. I am thinking of putting steel tube in the door jams but have no idea whats best for the top bows or the front header. All of the wood is gone so I dont have any patterns or idea how any of it fit. The top is my main concern I can figger out the sides and rear.Any help would be great.
