Help me identify the Stewart Warner Tach part please!

    Fellas,
    I've attached 3 pictures of this Stewart Warner Tachometer part that I have. I don't know if you call it a relay, or a switch, or a sending unit.

    The Model number is: 819893
    Cylinder: 4
    Cycle: 4
    Volts: 6 12

    Can you help a old HAMB'r out?

    MAN O MAN! hold onto that baby! sending unit for many early S/W tachs. 6 & 12 volts makes it more desirable.

    So, is it a Sending-Unit for a 4 cylinder engine only then?

    yeah, but difficult to find in 6-12 volts dual apps. think model a 4 banger.

    Hello,
    I had the same problem, I picked up this NOS tach, but cant seem to find out what it goes to as well. The number on the box is #381108
    . Any help would be greatly apprciated! Thanks Bill
