Technical Help me id this 1930s? frame...please? Pretty please?

Hi...please help me..I've been told it's a model _ (insert your fav letter) frame.. a Chevy Truck frame..
There is a plate attached w/ 22 86481 stamped on it..

 

Oh! If you happen to know what that cab is..I'd love to know..

The rear part of that body is not any Chrysler product.

 

It would be better if you would pull it off the pile and take some pics of it by itself
