Help me find out what this is!

Hello everyone! This is at my father inlaws and I think it would be a killer set up to start with. I know its Chevy, most likley truck, 1920's? So lets hear it!!!! Thanks for all the help guys!Sorry about the awful picts, but it was made into a hay trailer and parked next to a old mobil home that half fell on it, then a tree fell on it. It is a complete frame and axles, 6 bolt drums with cantilever suspension. The front springs are arched the opposite way as the front. The spring that you see is the rear, so the front sits the other way, with the spring arched up.
