Hot Rods Help me find Dads car

I found some old pictures of a topolino Dad did allot of work on in the late 60s early 70s that I always wanted to find and buy it. The car was in the LA area and Dad put a Cadillac in it. I remember the car but not who owned it after Dad. Dad passed away last June and I have been going through the house and came across these pics, Dig Dads style...lol. If anyone has any info that can help me it would be greatly appreciated.

 

Neat Car man... I hope its still around. Have you tried a vin search at DMV?

 

I don't know the vin but might could read license plate. I have seen allot of these done but always liked that he kept the hood section and had rear fenders.
