help me decide ...

ok i need some input here which looks better caps and skirts or trim rings and no skirts. obviously the skirts will be painted to match the car..

I'd go trim rings n no skirts. maybe throw some of those push through bullet centers on it.

 

or lower it another 2 inches or so in the back if you decide to do skirts, just my opinion

i like the dark wheels with a light colored car, but i like the skirts too. can i get rings and skirts.

 

Skirts, wear 'em if ya got 'em! Just make sure when you paint them to do it in body color. Not blue, to match the top.

Trim rings no skirts, like a beautiful girl with her top off. Put the caps n skirts on and it covers up her beauty underneath. Just sayin.

 

Cool ride ! Really like the caps and "no skirts" look. The caps will help add some gloss/gleam to the great paint job and help set-it-off visually.

Well for what it's worth I like the caps and skirts but really who the hell cares what I like or anyone else, it's your car, do what YOU like. I hate these threads but cool car.

thanks for the replies and compliments guys it seems almost split down the middle I'll let you know what I decide ...as you can tell I hate change...lol.. maybe I can leave one side with the rings and put skirts and caps on the other....just kidding dont flame me...

 

Caps and skirts make it look custom, my pick, and black rims and no skirts give a hot rod feel. Go with what ever look you like best.
It would be easy to switch back and forth if you wanted to suit your mood.

I am doing just that these days, full caps right now with the ww's , but have another set of rims that will have blackwalls in the future.
I change my mind like my socks too.

 

On the fence, Your car looks good either way. But what I really like is the two piece side trim, makes the car look longer.

 

Run both looks as it suits you, a win/win situation. Personally full caps, skirts, with the back dropped a bit more for a more speedboat profile would be killer.

 

On that car? No skirts.

Why not try chrome plastic hub caps from Walmart - only $19

Seriously though, skirts and caps for me, nice ride.....man.
