Technical Help identifying these headlight trim rings...

Found this picture on the random internets. Can anybody tell me if these headlight trim rings are custom made headlight trim rings, an aftermarket accessory, off another vehicle and adapted to that 53 Chevy, or...? Has anyone ever seen these before or, better yet have some lying around? Any insight is appreciated. Thanks
