    Looks like Gaz has nailed it. With the numbers reading 1 through 9, it also looks like something Nash / AMC would have done.

    Both studebaker and Willys used that style SW speedometer up into the early 60s except for the Hawks which used generic SW gauges with a fake engine turned panel.
