    Kind of blurry to me but I'd say a ROSS. Don't know what it is off of.

    Nope.
    Is 1936 Ford...
    The "48" number is the case, same '35-6, the "68" number is the sector cover, 1936 only, differing from 1935 by roller bearings fro sector shaft.

    Bruce: Does that mean my assy is a '35 since it has a "48-3550" case and a "'48-3580" pitman shaft housing?

    Yup. Oddity 101: Innards are apparently same in general as '32-4, but backwards...so if you need to be able to reposition a pitman arm by 180, here are some tools! Also great for pranks!
