Technical Help ID this vintage steering wheel

Anyone know what exactly I have here? I have been collecting parts for my Lake style roadster for the last year and am looking to thin out the parts I am not going to use. I believe it to be '28-29 Chevy? A couple of the joints are loose. but it is in great shape. Any thoughts on value? Will probably offer it here or on Ebay, unless it would be a cool thing to adapt to my 30 model A? Thanks, Greg.

 

I had a '29 Chevy, and it didn't have the grooves around the front, nor finger grips in the back. Definitely not '29 Chevy.
