Nice soup can dust cover on the front hub. 5 lug with clips that hold the hubcap like on a Chevy.
I'm thinking 35/36 Chevy and if it is it has an odd size 5 lug pattern that doesn't work with any common modern bolt pattern.
More info would be nice such as the rim/tire size and the size of the lug bolt pattern.

Looking at them again I'd say that they are different front and rear.

  5. I think they're different front to rear and being 5 lug they're not Chevy.

    Front one's might be Studebaker (16" 5 on 5) ????

Rear one's might be Mopar ????:
