Help. I.d. This headlight bar set-up. 32 ford?

Need some help guys. Can anyone help pin this down? Thinking this is a 32 Ford bar with BLC's. Input please.

Modified 32 Ford bar with sealed beam headlights from the 40s. It won't fit anything now without heating and bending.

 

You are talking the curvature or lack there of, from the stainless to the mounting plate? correct!

 

I'm talking about the steel ends. They wont bolt up to anything with out some heating and bending and the mounting flanges look custom made.
