In the 80s I owned a 65 mustang that was a real 70s street freak. It had this cool tach screwed to the dash that was all black . It had the numbers all displayed in the regular circular fashion but they were backlit and displayed in bright red. There was a disc that covered the rpm numbers and as the revs swept up it exposed the backlit numbers it looked really cool -especially at night. I wish I had a picture! Does anyone remember a tach like this?
Wow the H.A.M.B. is amazing I have asked so many people if they remembered this tach and got ....nothing . Thanks Mr T body ! Now I gotta find one.
