helmets pictures

  1. does anyone have pictures of painted, pinstriped, flaked racing helmets? im going to paint one and need help with ideas, crazy stuff, i know skratch did a few nice ones and i saw one painted as a mexican blanket, my search only found a few good helmets...lets see them please

    As you can see many old helms just don't have much ''Wild'' on em.....that not to say that there wasn't plenty of WILD IN EM :D

    I used have a bunch of them but this is the only one I kept. It's an old Cromwell.

    Sorry, just noticed you were looking for crazy paint schemes, guess this doesn't really fit the bill.:eek:

    Here's my dad's old helmet. Painted in 1972. I have it on display now. I love the fact that the design is asymetrical.

    One I did for a neighbor kid 4-5 years ago. And an old helmet I striped for practice, I think a HAMBer bought it.
