you would have a lot of spare money laying around if you bought it and resold it on ebay. That's a quick investment opportunity to get side money for whatever you're working on.

ah shoot! and I was just up there last week! I pulled mine from Ferndale, so Seattle would be like cake! Looks like a decent deal
