Im using a Rebel Wires Harness. Does anyone know which year, make or model of GM switch to ask for when I go to the auto parts store that will work best for this application???

    Thanks

  2. Just tell them you need a mid seventies push pull switch with a dimmer. Thats what I got from O'Rielly Auto, works fine.

the one that came in my wiring kit ( E-Z wire ) came with a funky lookin knob like a 67-72 chevy pu, the one in my 65 El Camino is identical , but at least it has a chrome knob ,not a plastic POS

  4. if you have the original one to your car and your car was originally 12v you can run that, but most people use GM style ones.
