Headlight Advice!

Discussion in 'New to the H.A.M.B.? Introduce yourself here!' started by Nicholas Coe, May 16, 2019.

  1. Should I have painted these headlights to match the body? I thought black looked good as it matches the frame and other details.... IMG_20181019_171622.jpeg IMG_20190516_175540.jpeg IMG_20190516_180112.jpeg IMG_20190516_175857.jpeg

  2. Sorry Nicholas, this is just my opinion and you know how opinions are, but the car looked much better with the previous headlight arrangement. The Black headlights aren't the problem. It's those vintage-style aluminum uprights and the too small headlights. Makes it look like a crab from the front view and sets the lights too far back. Sorry man, just being brutally honest with you. I think the car looked so much better before. ...........................honest, brutal Don.:)

  4. No prob at all! That's why I wanted to hear your opinions. I happen to be extremely happy with the crazy headlight stands. Thanks for the input!

  5. Thanks for taking my honest opinion graciously. Sometimes I seem to have the habit of being too blunt with my thoughts. Love your Coupe. Enjoy the heck out of it!:).........Don.
