Looking for header turnouts with a round flange outer diameter of 5" and four bolt holes spaced 3" apart. Anyone know of a source? I don't know the brand of my headers and am having trouble finding this configuration.

You got 5" collectors? Sorry couldn't resist. You don't see many headers with round flanges, most after market modern headers have a modified triangle shape to them.
