I went out to the annual HCCA motor excursion today. A slight drizzle with the threat of rain cut the attendance by about 50% (no numbers, just my observation). Unfortunately most of the cars that didn't show up were probably the best ones. I had a good time in spite of the weather. This is, in my opinion, usually one of the best events in Southern California. Attached are a few pictures from the start point of the excursion.
It started to rain after I got there then it cleared and we had a pretty good turnout considering the threat of rain.
Thanks for posting all the photos, looks like quite a few nice brass cars showed up despite the unfavourable weather. Sent from my iPhone using The H.A.M.B. mobile app
It was fun even with the rain a bit small of a turn out but all the die hards showed up! Sent from my SM-G900V using The H.A.M.B. mobile app
Thanks for sharing! Good turnout with the rain I would say. Thank you for posting those pictures of the brass era cars. They have always been my favorite.
Went to the 2017 HCCA meet and there was a lot of interesting cars in the parking lot. When is the last time you saw a 1954 Nomad? Charlie Stephens
