Has anyone here turbocharged a flathead 4 banger?

    it is something i have mused over for some time and was pondering the reality of the thought, so has anyone done it? and what were the results?

    Mancillas brothers(Eddie and Al) ran a turbo banger in a t roadster racecar in the 80.s and 90.s.
    Ran really well.

    You will get better power gains with an intercooler, but then I'm not sure you would still have a traditional build. Was anyone using intercoolers on turbocharged or supercharged hot rods back in the day?

    In the 1920s Harry Miller was using an intercooler on his 91" centrifugal supercharged motors.
