Does This kit lower the vehicle 4" like they claim? Ride quality? Looking to lower a sedan as much as possible without having to c notch or take body off. Would also like to not have to use lower blocks or at least big lowering blocks. I have read lots of differing views about the Chassis Engineering kits ride height and quality.
